Capstone: close out the café's week
Everything in this track, on one week of takings.
Task:
You run the till reports on a Monday morning. Sunday was closed, so that cell is empty and must stay empty. In B10 give the week's total, in B11 the average of the days you actually opened rounded to two decimals, and in B12 how many days took more than 500.

What this exercise teaches (contains the answer)
The detail worth keeping is that AVERAGE ignores the blank Sunday while a hand-rolled SUM/7 would not. Dividing by the number of days you assumed rather than the number of days that had data is the single most common way a summary quietly lies.
