This website is for educational purposes only. You may not use it for any unlawful or harmful activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

All content, including exercises, explanations, design, and software, is the property of Formula Exercises and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

• Free: A set of exercises can be used without an account, and all core exercises are available with a free account, on the same spreadsheet engine, hints and instant checking as Pro.
• Pro: Pro adds exercise variations, FormulaAI (subject to a daily question limit shown on the pricing page), streaks, XP and achievements, progress synced across devices, and worked solutions. Access to Pro is subject to an active subscription.
• Lifetime: Lifetime access is no longer sold. Everyone who bought it keeps full Pro access permanently at no further cost, including features added later.
• We may change the features of the Free and Pro plans over time. Changes will not reduce what lifetime purchasers receive or what you have already paid for in the current billing period.

• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing, payment and invoicing; Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
• Pro is billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout. Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your account menu. No further charges are made, you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your progress stays on your account.
• 14-day refund: if Pro is not for you, email us at formulaexercises@gmail.com within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full. No justification is needed.
• We never see or store your card or other payment details; they are handled by Paddle.

• Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing your account credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• Any misuse of the platform, including but not limited to attempting to hack, scrape, or disrupt the service, is strictly forbidden.

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information or content provided. Use the site at your own risk.

Formula Exercises and its owners shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
