This is the grid you start with. Cell references in the task — B6, C2 — point at the row numbers and column letters below.
| A | B | C | |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Division | Margin | Summary |
| 2 | Retail | 0.2345 | |
| 3 | Wholesale | 0.118 | |
| 4 | Online | 0.3071 | |
| 5 | Trade | 0.09 |
DOLLAR only knows one format. TEXT accepts the same codes as the Format Cells dialog, so percentages, dates and padded numbers can all be dropped into a sentence. The format code also rounds for display: 0.2345 reads as 23.5%.
