The worst case for each group rather than overall.
Your SLA is written per queue. In F2:F3 give the longest wait in minutes for each queue listed in E2:E3.
Solve it on your own to keep the bonus. Each hint gets one step closer to the formula.
The same formula in the other shapes it takes at work.
This is the grid you start with. Cell references in the task — B6, C2 — point at the row numbers and column letters below.
| A | B | C | D | E | F | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Call | Queue | Wait (min) | Queue | Longest wait | |
| 2 | C1 | Billing | 4 | Billing | ||
| 3 | C2 | Technical | 11 | Technical | ||
| 4 | C3 | Billing | 9 | |||
| 5 | C4 | Technical | 7 | |||
| 6 | C5 | Billing | 2 | |||
| 7 | C6 | Technical | 16 | |||
| 8 | C7 | Billing | 6 |
The overall MAX is 16, but that only tells you about the Technical queue. A per-group maximum is what an SLA is actually measured against, and putting the queue name in a cell makes adding a third queue a one-row job.
